This beautiful smudge stick is an aromatic blend of the purifying properties of sage together with the sweet smell of Sweetgrass Braids. This smudge stick is perfect for smoke cleansing to purify your home or sacred space and boost energy and your mood.

Sweet Grass (Holy Grass) is known for many properties such as purification, peace and harmony, perfect for before rituals or casting spells and to call good spirits. It is a broad grass that it's braided to keep it together for smudging.

White sage is used for emotional, psychic and spiritual purification. The ritual of smudging can be defined as "spiritual house cleaning". The smoke attaches itself to negative energy and as the smoke clears, it takes the negative energy with it, releasing it into another space where it will be regenerated into positive energy.

For hundreds of years, white sage (salvia apiana) has been considered a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant. Used in rituals and ceremonies for centuries, white sage is often burned in a ritual known as smudging.
