  •  Where are you located & do you have a shop?

Crystal Karma is run from the Gold Coast in Qld, Australia.   We are a very small business run by Trina and her family members and we operate online only.  Where time permits, local pickup or delivery may be available - please contact Trina to enquire (0417 772 667)

  • What are your payment options?

We offer a wide variety of secure payment options -PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, ShopPay, GooglePay plus Buy Now, Pay Later Services - Afterpay, Laybuy, Humm/Certigy.

  • Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide and internationally to New Zealand.

  • How much is shipping?

Within Australia $10 Flat Rate / $15 for Express Post

  • When will my order be shipped and get to me?

All of our orders are delicately packed with love by Trina and her small team of helpers and shipped from our Gold Coast studio as quickly as we can!  

    • We have a new 48 hour Fulfilment Policy so your order will be packed and fulfilled within 48 hours of order and payment being received.
    • We use Australia Post and you will be sent tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
    • Once your order is with Australia Post, you can usually expect your order to arrive within 1 - 10 business days.
    • Please allow additional time for rural and overseas orders.  
    • Please note this is a guide and to check your tracking details for any updates.

  • Can I layby from the website?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer the standard “lay-by” and all purchases made through our website must be processed with payment up front.  We do offer Buy Now – Pay Later Options like Afterpay, Laybuy, Sezzle and Humm.  

  • How do I chose a crystal?

We believe that the crystal choses you! Often the crystal that jumps out to you has the properties that will be beneficial to you in this moment. We list information of the crystal’s properties on our listings however please reach out to us if you require some help finding a certain crystal for your needs.

  • What does Intuitively chosen mean?

When you purchase from one of our intuitively chosen products, we are carefully and intently selecting a crystal that calls to us energetically to be chosen for you.

  • Why are there imperfections in or on my crystals?

Natural crystals are 100% unique as are we human, no one crystal or human are the same.  These beautiful crystals, a gift from Mother Nature are naturally created within the earth and are not formed perfectly, so what you may see as "imperfections" such as bubbles, cracks, holes etc are just their part of the uniqueness in their perfect natural form.  Crystals that have been shaped into spheres, generators etc can also have "holes" and again, these are just part of the natural crystal form prior to shaping.

  • Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do.  If you are looking for something in particular that you have been unable to find on our website, please send us an enquiry to info@trinaberwick.com.au and we will do our best to source it for you.

  • How do you wrap your products?

We pack all of our orders with love and intention taking care to delicately ensure that your order is secured for a safe journey to you. We make sure every order is packed beautifully with our signature purple wrapping.   We use recycled, biodegradable packing and wrapping where we can.  We will sometimes re-use boxes so you might get a box with another company branding - we do this to help reduce the impact on the environment.  Please also re-use or recycle as much of our packaging as possible.

  • Will your crystal heal me if I have a medical condition?

While crystals may provide a supporting energy throughout your healing journey, it is important to stress that they are no replacement for professional medical advice. If you are having symptoms, a persistent condition or experiencing changes, please consult your medical professional as soon as possible.
