Missing or Incorrect Products 

If you receive your order, unwrap it and find items are incorrect or are missing, firstly, please double check all the packaging/wrapping and packing slip. Sometimes smaller items can hide in the packaging and wrapping.

Once you have double checked everything and you still have a missing/incorrect product, please email us at info@trinaberwick.com.au.  We kindly ask that you attach photos of any incorrect items you have received along with a pic of your packing slip.


Any items missing will be varified by the Crystal Karma Team and shipped out with no additional cost.


If you have received an incorrect product, we will send out the correct one as soon as we can with no additional cost.  We will also advise you of the process to return the incorrect product you have received.

If for any reason the product you originally ordered is unavailable/out of stock, we will advise you and either provide another product to equal value or a store credit for you to use to purchase the product again once back in stock or a refund.

All order discrepancies such as missing/or incorrect items MUST be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order (as per Australia Post tracking).
