Damaged or Faulty Products

Faulty Item:

If you receive an item that is found to be faulty, please notify us at info@trinaberwick.com.au as soon as possible.

You will be required to return the item/s in a safe and secure manner (packed and sent the same way you received them) using a trackable shipping method as provided by Crystal Karma by Trina.  The return package must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. Upon receiving & inspecting the item/s, Crystal Karma by Trina will process your return in the form of a refund or store credit/gift card.

Damaged Item:

If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us at info@trinaberwick.com.au as soon as possible so we can arrange for assessment by Australia Post.  In most cases Australia Post will assess the packing/damage and arrange for a refund directly to Crystal Karma so we can provide an exact or similar replacement item. 

If a similar item is not available, we will contact you and arrange to provide one to the same value or a store credit/gift card to use for future purchases.  

All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items MUST be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.
