About the Author

Hi Beautiful, I’m Lauren the heart and soul behind The Modern Bohemian. I reside on the Central Coast, Australia with my supportive loving husband and two active little boys who are my absolute world.

Through my own battles with anxiety and depression my passion to help others emerged becoming a holistic health, well-being and life coach. 

In my darkest days my little rituals became my way back to my authentic self and I felt a strong pull to bring my dream of creating rituals for women to life.

My mission is to help as many women as I can to believe in themselves and know they are enough, always have been and always will be.

I call myself a ‘Modern Bohemian’ I love boho flowy dresses but most days you find me in active wear. I meditate daily, manifest, journal, love crystals, use my oracle and affirmation cards yet I love Netflix, coffee, girly catch ups and shopping. I find life is all about balance and use a yin and yang approach to all aspects of my life.
