Eucalyptus is known for many properties such as stimulation, purification, protection, healing, helps maintain good health, brings fresh energy and helps relieve mental exhaustion.

White sage is used for emotional, psychic and spiritual purification. The ritual of smudging can be defined as "spiritual house cleaning".
