If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible ( and we will do everything we can to assist. 

As we comply with Queensland Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% re-stocking/cancellation fee.

Exchange Item:

If you would like to exchange an item you have received, please contact us at as soon as possible.

You will be provided with a returns form to be completed and you will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (packed and sent the same way you received them) using a trackable shipping method as provided by Crystal Karma by Trina.  Under the conditions of Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, Crystal Karma by Trina we will process your exchange (less any shipping costs).  You will be responsible for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out to you.  If you cannot decide on an exchange item, you will be provided with a store credit for the item/s only (not return shipping costs).

All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items MUST be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.
