Returns & Refunds
We only offer refunds/exchange if we have sent the wrong item or if your products are faulty or damaged. If your products arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for you to return faulty products to us, then once we view the products, we will refund your order including return shipping.
We do not offer refund/exchange for change of mind, however if you find something you would like to swap, before your order is processed & shipped, please contact us and we will make the change where possible.
If requested, a refund may be granted at Trina's discretion, provided the product is returned in original packing and original unused condition. Shipping costs for returning products is at customers expense.

If you cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped, you will be refunded your purchase & shipping costs.
If you cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be required to return the order. Shipping costs for returning products is at customers expense.
Once the product is returned in original packing and original unused condition and you will be refunded the purchase amount less a 15% re-stocking fee (original shipping costs are not refundable).
If you have used a Buy Now Pay Later payment type, there will also be an additional fee which will vary depending on whether you used Afterpay, Labuy, Sezzle or Humm. Please contact Trina to find out about the additional fees - email@example.com
